Trubaby Bubbly Baby Body and Hair Wash

I was really excited to get to review a product by Trukid.  Trukid has created a line of kid and baby products that are natural and non-toxic.  Trukid was started by a mother that wanted safe and all natural products for her children.  Each of their products is free of Parabens, Phthalates, BPA, petroleum and any harsh chemicals.  I was able to test out their Trubaby Bubbly Baby Body and Hair Wash. The first thing I noticed about the hair and body wash was the fun bottle.  Isn't it fun looking?

My kids loved that too!  They both wanted to play with it, as soon as we got in the tub.  It isn't only fun, but very functional too.  The pump made it easy to get more wash with one hand, while holding a squirmy, wet toddler with the other hand.  

As soon as I started lathering my children, they were so excited by the fruity smell.  They each wanted some soap, just to smell while they bathed.  My husband even commented that the kids smelled fantastic, after their bath! I liked that the great smell was from essential oils and not "artificial fragrances or perfumes".  

Next, I wanted to make sure Trubaby wash cleaned, as well, as it's chemical-laden counterparts.  I shouldn't have worried at all.  My kids were as clean as could be, and the baby wash didn't excessively dry out their skin.  I live in a very dry climate, especially in the winter, and I don't want my little kiddos to have dry skin.   Also, my children's hair was very clean (and sparkly) as my daughter said.  

My daughter has a LOT of hair, so there is lots to keep sparkly!

It's hard to see (he wasn't holding still for the picture) but my son has wavy/curly hair.  Usually shampoos weigh down his hair, and it isn't curly until several days after his bath.  But his hair was wavy and cute, as soon as it was dry!  

The body and hair wash isn't tear-free, so we had to be a little more careful to not get it in my son's eyes. But that wasn't much of a concern, and my whole family gives this product two thumbs way, way up!

Trukid doesn't just make a great bath product, they also want to help kids build healthy habits in all aspects of their lives.  Trukids sent a chart for the morning and evening, for my daughter to fill out.  She was so excited each time she got to check off a box for washing her face or brushing her teeth etc.

Rent a Timeshare Review and Giveaway!

     Do you try to vacation on a budget?  Do you have kids or pets and have a hard time trying to fit them in a single hotel room?  Are you tired of spending most of your vacation budget on eating out?  I fit into each of these categories, and each of them has made vacations stressful and expensive.  That's why I was so excited when I found out about timeshare rentals on RedWeek.com.
   With a timeshare rental, you have access to amazing options to cut the cost of a vacation and take the stress out of meals, activities and sleeping arrangements.  With timeshare rentals, you can stay in exclusive resorts that fit your specific needs.  You can pick from resorts that are: kid friendly, pet friendly, are next to beaches, theme parks, golf courses and much more.  Instead of stuffing your family into a cramped hotel room, you will have access to multiple bedroom and bedding options.  Staying in a one bedroom hotel room, means not much sleep for mommy and daddy, and the evening ends once the kids are tired.  With multiple bedrooms, you can have a room to yourselves, and aren't stuck with an early bedtime.
   One thing I dread about vacations is all the eating out.  It is hard on my budget and hard on my thighs!  Most timeshares include a full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator   Instead of constantly eating out, you can pick up some groceries and enjoy breakfast, lunches and dinners for half the cost of restaurants.  Many timeshare rentals also include laundry facilities, many times, located right in your room!  I can't count all the times I've needed to to laundry on vacation, but wasn't willing to pay the outrageous hotel laundry prices.  With a timeshare rental, you can throw a load of laundry in the wash and head out for a day of sightseeing and playing.  Timeshare rentals also include the amenities of regular hotels such as: maid service, swimming pools, spas, and saunas.
   RedWeek.com made searching for timeshare rentals easy.  I was able to quickly search for timeshare rentals by location or resort name.  RedWeek.com helps you find the resort you want, at the location you want, at the date you want.  They are able to do this because they cut out the middlemen that often are associated with timeshare rentals.  Owners of timeshares post the availability of their timeshare on RedWeek.com and connect with travelers directly. RedWeek.com has an A+ rating with the BBB.  RedWeek.com also has services if you are interested in selling or buying a timeshare.  If you aren't able to constantly check on the availability of timeshare rentals, RedWeek.com also offers monthly emails with special offers and travel tips.  Just glancing around their site, I was able to find a timeshare rental in Las Vegas for $60/night, Orlando for $43/night, Cabo for $57/night, and the Bahamas for $49/night.  Also, unlike the travel websites where you name your price or bid on hotels, you will know exactly where you are staying before you pay!  No surprises or gimmicks.
   I found a timeshare rental for a highly-rated resort in Las Vegas for $60/night.  When I looked up the same resort on other travel sites, the prices ranged from $150-160/ night.  The prices on RedWeek.com were nearly 1/3 the price of other sites!  That's a huge savings!  I'm excited to bring these savings to you, and give you the opportunity to take the hassle out of travel.  I'm partnering with RedWeek.com to giveaway a two year membership to RedWeek.com

Recards- Voice Recorded Music Cards

I was really excited to get a chance to try this new app.  I've never been very good at sending out Christmas cards, and I figured this would give me the motivation I needed!  I'll confess that I was also a little bit nervous, because I'm not the best at figuring out new technology.  I shouldn't have worried.  The app was very straightforward and easy to figure out.
     First, you can choose a background Christmas beat for your card.  This was fun for my family, and my daughter kept changing her mind about which one she wanted.  We finally decided that we would send two different versions, to different people, so that we could do both of the beats she wanted to do.  There were different types of beats ranging from more classical to more of a hip-hop feel.
     Next, we hit the record button, and recorded a short message.   We then were able to pick a picture to send with the recorded message.  The pictures were vintagey and fun.  I loved all the ways that we were able to customize our greetings to friends.  Instead of having to try and pick a card that will work for great-aunt Mable and for your friends, you can send them each a card that is made specifically for them.
   My daughter had a blast helping us make the cards.  Several times I've caught her just playing with the different beats and recording different messages.  I give this app two thumbs up!  I'm excited to use it again in the future!
